Last weekend, Mike's Uncle Keith came to town and he was able to bring Mike's Grandma & Aunt Bernice over to our parents' condo for a visit. Mike saw his Gram recently this summer, but the girls & I hadn't seen her since her birthday. Gram is in great shape for 93 but she is slowing down, she can't get around like she used to. It's frustrating for her and the rest of the family who love her so much. Mike's Gram is special to all of her kids AND grandkids, but growing up Mike & his sisters were a few her favorites. Now, years later Gram has a couple dozen great grandkids, including Maddy, Mikayla & little Cam who have been lucky enough to get to know her. Isn't it wonderful when 4 generations of a family come together?
Mike, the girls & I came up to the condo the night before, so did Auntie Allison, Uncle Mike & Cousin Cam. Even though we got there kinda late, and Cam was already sleeping, it was nice being able to relax and have breakfast together the next morning before Gram, Uncle Keith & Aunt Bernice arrived.
Auntie Lauren & Uncle Gregg arrived that morning too. Mike P. already has football on the brain! Can you tell?
90* at the end of October?! Perfect for a day by the pool! Of course we kept Gram in the shade.
After Grandpa grilled us a delicious feast, we had to get cleaned up, Cam & Mikayla had a bath together! Amazingly this was the first time the cousins did this! I wish they could have stayed in a little longer but time was racing by. It always flies when you're having fun!

Unfortunately, we had to leave the condo before sunset but I still love this time of day. The water sparkles!
Mike's Aunt Bernice loves babies, she has so much fun playing with the little ones.

Here's Gram with Mike & our girls before saying goodbye. It wasn't easy... we'll miss Gram and she'll miss us but we'll see her again real soon. :)
