A couple weeks ago Mike celebrated his 1 year anniversary with his new employer. After many years of working for his parents & other small businesses it's nice for Mike to work for a larger company. Good benefits & flexible hours go a long way. Of course the honeymoon period is over and this new job has it's up days and down days just like any other job, but that's ok. Mike is working hard to build his network and make his supervisors happy. Hopefully, this will lead to more opportunities within the company, in the meantime, Mike & I are counting our blessings. Good jobs are hard to come by in a crappy economy, especially in Florida. We thank our lucky stars that Mike landed this job when he did, his previous employer went out of business 90 days after Mike resigned. Yikes!
