Last weekend my Dad & my StepMom Karen popped into town for a short visit. Coincidentally, it was Karen's Birthday earlier that week! So, the night before they left my Dad treated us all to dinner at a local waterfront restaurant. Thanks Dad!
Happy Birthday!!
Back at home after dinner, we sang 'Happy Birthday' with cheesecake, one of Karen's favorite desserts. Mmmm Mmmm... we also had a little gift to give Grandma K for her birthday... but truthfully the stuff she brought us home from her trip to Europe last month put our little gift to shame!
Grandma K brought the girls postcards & t-shirts from Paris... for me she brought 2 magnets, a pen from Buckingham Palace in London... AND this pretty purple designer suede handbag from Paris! Thanks so much for everything Karen, you are too good to us! We love you!
